| Baker's® One Bowl Brownies Makes 2 dozen brownies Ingredients 4 squares BAKER'S® Unsweetened Baking Chocolate 3/4 cup (1-1/2 sticks) butter or margarine 2 cups sugar 3 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup flour 1 cup coarsely chopped nuts (optional) Prep Time 15 minutes Bake Time 35 minutes HEAT oven to 350°F. Line 13×9-inch baking pan with foil; grease foil. MICROWAVE chocolate and butter in large microwavable bowl on HIGH 2 minutes or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. STIR sugar into chocolate mixture until well blended. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour and nuts until well blended. Spread in prepared pan. BAKE 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out with fudgy crumbs. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Cool in pan on wire rack. Lift out of pan onto cutting board. |
