Black Chocolate Cake Frosting

1 Egg white
1/3 cup Water
1 cup Sugar
Salt -- pinch
1/4 cup Brown sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1/4 teaspoon Cream of tartar

Combine ingredients in double boiler on low heat. Beat with electric mixer 4 minutes. Spread on cool cake.

Dipping Candy in Chocolate

Melted chocolate may be brushed on a candy center with a pastry brush. Think of it as chocolate paint. Two or three coats may be needed.
